hey you didn't share the details on how to correct the ipsilateral shift?
Crab pot facing burpees… perfect
How does McKenzie deal with slight retrolithesis?
❤❤
Could it help in increasing the size of ankle a bit ?
My shift is the second one you named…..it goes to the right and I have pain on the right.
They know what they are talking about. After a lot of doctors tried, Dr. Muse was able to help me and give me the tools to help myself.
This is a joke...right?
I am doing this exercise for my lower back pain going to my left side of my leg and foot.difficult feeling to have this pain, cannot sleep well..
L I K E 👍🏿👍🏼👍👍🏼👍🏿 💯💢💯💢💯🤩 🤩 🤩 🤩
I’ve never seen chiropractors who do not adjust everyone and everything. You have great clinical thinking. I hope more people will see your Chanel
Hi! It was very interesting! I’m a physical therapist from Ukrainian and I’m well acquainted with DNS and manual therapy according to Carel Levit. I use both in my practice, but in terms of stabilisation goals I found McGill big 3 more convenient for home exercise (just because it’s more simple even though it is less profound) These are truly remarkable methods and it was really interesting to listen your conversation about DNS and how it has impacted on your practice. I would like to hear more this kind of discussion 🙌
Hi interesting video..i get shift where my right hip looks moved over and right shoulder is low. Right leg is weaker. Ive seen a lot of people and although im straight i still have tighness in those tendons muscles in my low back that side. No real nerve tingling. Ive been trying many core back exercises but its never quite right. Im a bricklayer uk. I do shifts and side bends and get pain just top of hip and then it clears. Any tips would be a great help. Thankyou.
I am now having pain in my left gluteal area when I sit down in a car or on a toilet. It has hindered me so much that I can't go on long drives like I used to do. Is this sciatica pain something I'll have to deal with for the rest of my life? I am 44 years old
The McKenzie method is well known
Great info Gentlemen. The X-ray as ‘picture of a moment in time’ is a valuable concept. I’ll send this to friends in need because I usually feel like I failed to explain the difference in care by Doctors of Chiropractic

Great video and demonstration guys. What muscles are guarded during a lateral shift? Could dry needling or acupuncture help with a lateral shift?
I'd like to know as well

Hey there guys! Just found you. I’m a little south of you in Circleville. Can you guys help upper thoracic that gives chest tightness and pain? For some reason chiropractors can’t really get me much relief in this regards.
I think we could definitely help with that
Hi, I have oA as well as ACL tear which I have no idea when it happened because I don't think I experienced the pain and meniscus tear on my right knee. I have herniated disc L4 and L5 . I have been doing pilate for a year as long as I do exercise the right one I'm much better but I want to know if weights on ankle will help me to make my knee better
Hi Mainz, sorry for the late reply. Probably not the answer you're looking for but it depends. With most injuries a goal of ours is to progressively load the area more and more in a safe manner. If you've experienced a plateau it might benefit you to and more resistance to the exercise. As always be sure to consult with a medical provider to be sure this is right for you!
I've had 230 dry needles with tenz hooked up to them over 48 sessions.. life saver, good video..!..
Thanks for the comment Adam! Glad you found some relief with this technique!
Exercises start at about 4:56.
Some cars have lumbar support that you can adjust - if using a lumbar roll while driving should you completely flatten the lumbar support in your seat before using the roll to avoid too much support?
Hi Alyssa, sorry for the very late reply (we are currently becoming more active on her). It all depends, each individual depending on shape and size may benefit from different amounts of support. I would begin with one or the other, then if you feel as though you're not getting enough support you can begin to blend the two.
So helpful. Thanks!
Glad it was helpful!
Hey, this sounds awesome. Any chance these will he posted online for those who can't make the in person?
What’s weird is: Dr Muse drinking morning coffee and Dr. Ulm drinking....? :D
Thanks for this series of videos! I assume some of these static stretches are best suited to post run? Thanks!
So simple yet covers it so thoroughly
