      i worked on wall street in the late 80's and that was exactly how it was. you hung with the right people and your after hours were taken care of, food, cocaine and limo home.

      @@OK-zq8ut the difference between my single parent and many other single parents is that my parent worked their ass off, and honestly did a better job than many kids in a two parent home. My parent literally provided so many opportunities, even if they were tight with money. My parent also didn’t expect handouts just for being a single parent.. or even a parent for that matter. You even see two parent households and they expect people to bend over backwards for them just because they are parents lmao.. my parent was never delusional like that. My parent truly is an amazing go getter👊🏼

    Gotta say, I thought the stuff that happened on Leo's movie is an exaggerated state of the real thing. It's hollywood after all, I always expext some exaggeration.
    But damn, I don't know that the movie depiction was spot on.
