I have a lot in Palmaya Woods. Love the area and potential. Are there any plans to fill all those pot holes? I assume they come back every rainy season, but some of those pot holes have been there for well over a year. I visit Secret beach 2 times per year, will be back again this May. I think the experience of the area would be greatly improve with better roads and a super market. :)
How does the 503 area look in terms of water or roads being done?

Any idea how much San Pedro collects in property taxes from all the lots up this way, and how they are using the money?
how much do these lots cost on average?
Location, elevation and road access determine value. In general lots in GBE average between $35K-$50K USD. Hope this helps!
