@@BrandiMattison Trish McEvoy $46 eyeshadow primer works fantastic on hooded oily lids. Your eyelids have to be really clean of anything. Make sure you wipe your eye lids with toner or oil free micellar water, let them dry, apply the primer, let it dry about 30-40 seconds before applying eyeshadow. The primer has to be dry before applying eyeshadow The price is ridiculous but it lasts a long time. You only need very, very little. This is bulletproof in sweltering heat or rain. 🌸🌸🌸
