Excellent video. The old school way is to save old wheel weights. Spin wheel as in video.
Use chalk to mark top. Duck tape pieces of old weights until balanced. Weigh old wheel
weights then cut new weights that weigh the same and stick them on. Same result.

In some videos people uses the hub to balance the front wheels.
Can I use the front hubs to balance the rear wheels too ?
One tip (that I saw in a video) is to pin the weight with a small piece of tape and test before installing the weight definitely.

is it possible to continue to dismount & re-mount the tire in alternating locations until symmetrical balance is acheived? sure its time consuming but may be more effective keeping the rotational mass at bay & eliminate the need for buying weights constantly.?

If the tire is out of balance you could never balance it no matter how you rotate it.

Is there any other way to do this, without having that specific rig? Specifically for the fronts, could you not do the same test with the wheel on the front spindle (I'm running Direct Spindle Mount rims right now).

does this change every time you put a new tire on or is it fine after you do it once

True Racer. New Karting videos ???
About your question you have to think that the tire can be unbalenced. So you have to check the balance again.
In this makes me wonder how to remove these weights.
      You can reuse it ?

Does j3competition still sell this product? Can't find it on the website. Also, will it fit CRG wheels?

Although we don't see it on their website either, J3 does still sell the wheel balancer. We'd suggest giving them a call.

Can't you just balance the wheel straight on the cart hub?

I think you can do it on one of the front hubs since they spin very freely if your bearings are good. That’s how I do it with my Dirt Kart.
