Can I get a tentive note on the factors that affect microflara

Various factors can affect the composition of the normal flora (microflora), such as age, diet, geography, gender, immune conditions, disease, pregnancy, smoking, and antibiotic use.

Over time, the normal flora changes as individuals age. An unhealthy diet, for instance, increased sugar intake can also lead to normal flora disequilibrium. The normal flora of people residing in different parts of the world would be different, the reason being culture, climate, and diet. Both genders also differ in the composition of normal flora. Immunocompromised individuals have an environment that is ideal for normal flora to thrive. Individuals who have recently recovered from the disease have the microorganism (responsible for the disease) in their bodies. Gestation can also alter the composition of the normal flora. Changes in oral microbiota (normal flora) are a consequence of smoking. Additionally, antibiotic use can also cause flora disequilibrium.
      Hope this helps!

You have mentioned that blood, csf, urine, internal body organ (heart, liver, intestine) doesn't have bacteria. But intestine do have bacteria. did i miss something?

You're right, intestines do have bacteria in them like E. coli as a part of the normal intestinal flora. I mentioned liver, heart, and kidneys at 1:27. Hope it helps!!
