- CN 2593 and CN 2541 pull an autorack train south, down Canadian National's Waukesha Subdivision. The MP 64.5 defect detector gives a readout at the end. This was filmed at the CTH K railroad crossing, just south of Wheatland, Wisconsin.
I really like it when people like this driver see you filming and keep back so they do not block your view of the trains. VERY considerate of them.
Good Video.
I like how you got the detector transmission in there at the end, very cool!

me when i was 4: when is this gonna end? will it go on forever?
(at the end..)
me: oh it did end yay
I love this video nice video
1:46 I recognized that graffiti art haha saw that car in my area last year in February.
Great video.
i liked the gates and the locomotive paint job. anyone else?
Actually the AC6000CW is the biggest locomotive...but they look about the same. nice vid!
4:19 that's STC sentry system for Canadian national Railway, Norfolk Southern, Conrail and CSX
Sadly most sentry's have been replaced with SmartScans NGs or MicroTalkers nowadays.
Sweet looking SP car at 1:28.
Awesome!
That's a general signals type 2 electronic bell.
I'm pretty sure there's plenty of locomotives bigger than the C44 in terms of size, horsepower, and tractive effort. Hell, the DD40 beats it in all but TE, and it doesn't lose by much there, either.
It sounded like the cars may have been empty. Wouldn't having weight (cars) in them dampen the sound somewhat?
I count 94 cars. Nice video!
CN Detector MP: 64.5
No Defects
Axles: 386
Temp.: 81°F
1:27 is a very rusty southern pacific
That was one long train.
Nice graffiti pieces went by too!
I counted 94 cars, but of course it's easy to be wrong
I know where that is... I want to say it's CTH X. Just like this crossing, CN installed a pair of gates after they took over. Honey Lake road, north of Burlington, is ungated and still has a mechanical bell as well. Kind of uncommon for the CN.
What year is this
Shannon Urukalo July 7, 2009
94x26.4 meters + 2x20 meters = 2521.6meters. Great wall.
Whats CTH K stands for
"County Trunk Highway" and "K" is its identifying letter.
Whatever autoracks do have good graffiti on em but usually only on the EC; out West there are so many of them that half of them get toyed (except for King 157.) And they're not always yellow, either. I've painted green ones and blue ones as well as standard yellow Holey Rollers.
@mulatto321 why so? o_o
Funny.
i counted 102
@Jason Low new
shutup they are for cars dude my friends dad works at a auto rack company
Those autorack are cover up with graffiti

The crossing gates or the black handles on the side of the engines?
