Warhorse have every chance to become new CD Projekt Red with this game
Hopefully not making the same mistake like with cyberpunk.
They should always take their time, but I'm confident KCD2 will be well polished until February next year

@@kvitravn666 bro you cannot comparing cyberpunk with KCD because they didnt have the Budget CD project have. It Was Warhorses first game and in that case the game was very good unlike cyberpunk that had alot more bugs and glitches than KCD

I hope the fighting stats remember us from the last game! Then again retraining wouldn't be too bad!
It going to be an an few question at the start of the game like the first game and then something happen and you get drop down to become weaker

I bought game, first one KCD 1 off Steam for only 4 Euro, Royal version with DLC and treasure maps, and boy, it was worth it, game is so interesting, multiple choices to anwer someone, building reputation, stealing items from chests. And also, minimap, music, very detailed medieval towns, game is worth about 80 Euro compared to many games. You can literally dive in that medieval world and be part of it

That's in Kuttenberg, not Prague. Unfortunately, the real astronomical clock burned down not long after this game takes place, so the art department had to invent something that would make sense for the time period. They probably got inspired by the Prague clock, among others.

Well KCD1 was my dream RPG and also the 1st game where i actually took the time to read codex. And KCD2 will be the 1st game that I will preorder. Still waiting for the Collectors edition to become available in my country (Czech Republic). I hope I haven't missed it😊

Cutscenes are still being polished (an so is the whole game). Game will get polished for another 5-6 months now. I doubt you’ll see that in the final version (especially because it’s an opening cutscene). It is good that they have delayed it. It definitely needs that time.
@@raskolnikov6443also this build is from at least July of this year if not June. Because this was the same footage that the people played at the press event about an month ago so it’s at least that old if not from June or even may

Thanks for the game play footage. This made me excited about KCD2 so I started another play through of KCD1 and I am enjoying it. Can’t wait til part 2 comes out!

Can i change lightsaber colours at launch?
I know I shouldn't preorder but this game is the exception. I love the first game with 800+hrs on 5 multiple playthroughs 2 of which are in hardcore mode with all negative perks. The game's setting and atmosphere is just so immersive and arguably has the best forest/woodlands in any game I've played and some of the characters and npc are hilarious too.
Look unless you are buying the collector edition I would not preorder more than an few weeks out.

While really looking forward to the game and definetly buying it on release, I'm disappointed by the graphics. While back in the days the first game was quite the eye-candy of the days, the new one looks not even average to me by now
Supremely disappointed that a PS4 can not run this. As a major fan, I was heartbroken to know I can not continue Heinrich's journey. Oh well!
Yeah the NPC simulation is way too heavy unfortunately for it to be able to run on PS4.

That is pretty easy to answer. First and foremost the witcher is based on ip. The first game sold like kingdom come deliverance. Than it got the second game which main stream the combat which saw more sales. It was not on PlayStation abd it become an very good selling game so sony spend some money to get the ability to put on their platform. However kcd2 has the opportunity to sell very well the first game sold over six million units since release and it sold around two million copies in the first year of release. If it can do three to four million copies sold in the first few weeks you might see an lot more sales.

This is literally the first game with better graphics I was really hoping that the lifeless look dialogue was just the first game because they didn’t have the budget to make it better but I see that they’ve kept it almost identical to the first game. Fading to black then talking to an NPC staring into the void while they talk to you just breaks any immersion I have. Man I remember when they announced this game, they made it seem like it was going to be the greatest game ever. But I see it was just a marketing gimmick
I am ok with that. I enjoyed the first game and I will enjoy also the second. It never be perfect but looks good enaugh for me.

I couldn’t disagree more. KCD is one of the greatest games ever and KCD2 will be even better. And facial animations have actually improved compared to KCD1.
@@raskolnikov6443 Look, I understand your bias and you are of course entitled to your opinion, so I won't comment on the fact that you consider KCD one of the greatest games EVER.
But the facial animations are still very bad. Of course they have improved, it's been 7 years since the first game, but improved doesn't necessarily mean good.
The expressions just feel off, they don't give out any sort of emotion, they are really empty, just like the first game.
This is a very very evident flaw the game had (and the game was strongly criticized for this as well) and ignoring it just because of your bias is wrong.
The first game was good, nothing too exceptional or anything close to being "one of the greatest games ever", but it had huge flaws. Bad optimization (modern PCs TODAY still struggle to run the first game at max settings), bugs that (especially at launch) made the game unplayable, slow and clunky combat, and really bad facial expressions.
I can see that with this sequel they seem to have improved a lot of things. Game looks to be decently optimized with the 4090 being able to hande the game smoothly at Max Settings 4K 60FPS, they seem to have simplified the combat making it a bit smoother and faster, and hopefully they are taking the extra time to clear out the remaining bugs before launch.
But when it comes to facial expressions they are still pretty bad and it's not really hard to see unless you are that biased towards the franchise that you are willing to lie to yourself and say they are good.
This is all I had to say, of course it is my opinion and I know this won't change your view since you consider the first game one of the best, but still.
No wonder they delayed it it's the same mess from the first game.
Love the first game. Such a good game. And no, it playing like a KCD game is not why the delayed it lol.
