Got to do an orientation ride at Maxwell AFB in the 33 at Civil Air Patrol Summer Camp. Had to train on the Martin-Baker ground sim to do the sweetest ride doing everything that was occurring with my flight the WX was CAVU and as memorable as Gillespies poem “Highflight”
I remember my dad flying the T-33 at Randolph, Larado, and James Connelly A.F.B.s in the early 60's. He transitioned to the T-37 back at Randolph in '66 and stayed there until 1970 training future pilots.
I think that according to FAA rules about aerobatics in air shows that passengers are not allowed to be carried. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong. lol
I really hate the blaring music and motor mouth announcers at air shows. Can't we just watch the planes fly and listen to the 'swoosh' and the sound of the engines?
Formidable y querido avion !!!
Still one of the most beautiful jets ever built
I agree..brings back memories as a kid seeing RCAF training in them near my house

Amazing.
