Hello there! Alex! Me seeing this video of my hometown airport planespotting by you has made my day and I was super excited to see this! As me being apart of St. John's, I love the airport myself. All though, we don't have many departures and arrivals in and out of YYT I love your videos! Keep up the great work!
I'm happy to see my home province's capital airport finally in one of your videos. Here in Newfoundland and Labrador, we see a lot of Trans Atlantic stops for refueling so the diversity of the aircraft that lands on our island is always changing. You never know what going to land. Keep up the great work. Your videos are my favorite Canadian aviation spotting.
Thank you Alex! Seeing Newfoundland's airport community getting someone attracted in any way is awesome to see! We have a ton of planes flying over my house all the time, all shapes and sizes, too!
I have walked the perimeter fence of YYT, outside the secure area, able to stay with the fence for 95% otherwise short dodge arounds. I will be wet and muddy in places. It is a neat experience, Alex if you return to YYT will tour you around. Great video of my home airfield.
Lynx must be getting a good deal if they're taking planes that were originally destined for Norwegian? And interesting to see that even as far out as it is, it is still well connected.
@@jonathanmcdonnell4327 Lynx is a fairly new low cost Canadian airline. Lynx and Flair do not share the same code agreements but Lynx offers different destinations than Flair itself. Starting in 2023, Lynx has plans to do non-stop flights between Toronto to Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Orlando and Phoenix USA!
@@TheSuperi9 I know about other varieties of planes other than Boeing in NA, I myself just haven't really stopped to think that Embraer actually works outside of Brasil, my bad.
@Alex Praglowski Aviation I am a fellow carryall citizen and aviation enthusiast. And i am wondering where you go to get your amazing shots. Do you have private access?
Alex, got a request. Love the Chanel and the Canadian spin. As a pilot I would love some footage of me flying. Could you throw in some date and times when you recorded? Just in case we cross paths? Cheers! Thx man.
Well done Alex. I spent 15 years refueling there and a lifetime spotting. Over the years, CYYT has seen just about everything you can imagine. The lot you were in is definitely one of the best places to spot. It’s too bad you lose anything departing off of 29 behind the combined services building. As mentioned above, you can walk the perimeter fence and catch departures at rotation. You may need a pair of rubber boots though 😅 It was a pleasure to watch the video, (and all your videos). Out of curiosity, how long did you spend filming?
St. John's "international" airport: Good luck catching an international flight there. Lovely airport though. Compact, smart design, comfortable and plentiful wait area, zero noise/music pollution in there.
Thanks!
Nice variation of aircraft….embraer, bombardier, airbus, boeing, beechcraft, and still some others. Very cool
Finally some Atlantic Canada action, and probably one of the most important airports in the world for transatlantic diversions
Yet you are correct! A few weeks ago, we had a United 767-400ER divert from Newark originally en route to Barcelona El-Prat.

Hey Alex love the videos and love them even more when you do a plane spotting in Newfoundland!! Keep up the good work!!
Nice to see my home town airport featured, thanks Alex.
Ayyy! Fellow Newfie!!
Nice to see all these propeller planes, thanks for this video 🙂
Well it's about time someone made spotting video at YYT :) Thanks for visiting us, Alex!

The perimeter fence has some amazing places to spot 👍
So glad you got to visit my hometown! Feel free to come back whenever :)
Yeaaaaaa I've been waiting for some YYT spotting forever!
Great job, I would love to see more spotting videos from this airport, particularly during the warmer months.
Beautiful and nice footage my friend. Thumb up and greetings from Kuala Lumpur ☺☺
Well done!
Some nice close ups .Tha ks Alex
Fabulous!
6:16 Pilots of that ERJ look like they're covering the direct-vision window with a sheet of some sort lol
Beautiful capturing ❤

Lynx doesn’t own the plane. They are actually leased from Norwegian.
I don’t think Lynx will be able to compete with Flair for long. Flair just has a massive advantage

You caught my flight lol the westjet jet 737-8 from edmonton to st.jhons lol
where did you go to record this and what camara do you use
Are you by runway 11 while filming this? How did you get to that spot?
Cool video! Interesting seeing the Embraers, never really took a moment to think that Embraer also sold aircraft to other places rather than Brasil.
bro common there's embrarers all over the world. ridiculous as someone saying i thought i`ll only see boeing in NA

Amazing video!! Love seeing my Lynx Air aircraft land!
What day did you record this?
Camera?

Where's the best place to spot from here
I hope YYT gets back the direct flight to LHR.

good bro
Ah cool, my airport! How'd you like spotting here? I know it's not the best place for it given the limited views and traffic.
Not bad at all, would've loved to see more action on 34! Will definitely rent a car (and a ladder) next time.
@@AlexPraglowskiAviation 34 is where it's at for sure! Next time you're here, I could perhaps show you some spots to film from!
:3
We meet again Adriana.
Wish I knew you were going to be there I would have set you up with some contacts!
Its not YYT if its not blowing 50 knots
As it happens, I'll be there again in a few weeks' time if that's still on the table! 👀
