i like your username. it's cool. it sorta sounds like he's speaking of the fallen angels which made many empty promises. those that fell and many followed such as sin and earthly corruption. seems sorta like he sees how those things are not good or right now.

Genuinly believe Michael Gungor could be one of the greats if he used his intellectual ability to write poetry and song so well in a non religious way.
