Now I have amazing blue cheese dressing thank you so much!!
I used cambozola cheese and substituted sour cream with coconut milk and the Worcestershire sauce (cause my old Lea and Perrin had barley in it) with gf tamari, lemon juice, Franks hot sauce & sweet monk drops). My non keto husband loved it! 😋🤗

I make all kinds of custom mayo flavors with it -- orange-ginger using the TrueOrange, Old Bay, Garlic, etc. If you want to take your blue cheese dressing up a notch, try adding some lemon zest and tarragon. Deee-licious 😋

My dad used to call it “What’s-that-here” sauce 🤪 And how yummy would the mayo be if you put a sprig of rosemary to soak in the avocado oil for flavor?! Primal Kitchen has rosemary extract....that would be exact!!! Or really any other herb, or wait, a chipotle pepper or two in the oil for a chipotle mayo!!!! Ohhhh man! I gotta get an immersion blender now!!
Not a blue cheese fan but you could use this as a base for other creamy dressing, Feta and dill comes to mind. I am #teamranch but do make a Keto Thousand Island and a Feta Dill Pickle dressing :). I'm from the south and we like to dip :)
I can see this blue cheese dressing baked in the oven with chicken tenders or breast what every is on special and add some cheese on top - protein from the chicken and fat from the blue cheese dressing - Yum
We love homemade blue cheese dressing! One of my favorite dressings used to be that sweet French dressing that I’m sure had a ton of sugar and nasty oil. More recently I have been a fan of Outback’s mustard vinaigrette that shock me when I found out it was not keto friendly. If you come up with a ketofied version of either of those, please let me know. Love you guys!
