The stamp layout for investors and engineers is by far the best I've seen when it comes to being efficient with city halls and public services and still looking like a city I'd like to live in. Thank you!
It is real efficient yes, and while I've personally used it loads, it has almost no space for ornaments which is a downside for me. It has too little green to be a city I'd want to live in personally. But yeah, purely for efficiency, it's one of the best.
Very handy to see this but my single only criticism is that it's all very square and symmetrical. When I make stamps and cities its a clump of different size and shape stamps of houses so that you don't really see the same road shapes side by side. I then fill the awkward gaps with parks or hedge tiles to increase the attraction values and also break up the shapes
great content, I love the fact you are bringing a lot of those old layouts from the wiki to become stamps. A lot of them have been tried and tested and just work how they should. Appreciate the hard work and am glad you mentioned in another comment that they were available on the discord as a couple weren't yesterday.

Agree, although it is not only the investor layout. But these building are easily replaceable by residences so it is completely ok :) @@GamerConsultant

Sometimes with the big city stamps, some of the residents might miss out on a pub or marketplace coverage slightly. making it harder to upgrade then to the correct tier for that city. Are all the big city stamps designed to work the exact amount of residents or do you have to tweak them sometimes? Thanks again I really appreciate it

it's also because each person has a different goal - some want 100% coverage, others prefer higher population density, other perfect townhall coverage etc.@@L0-C01
the farmer set up is not good other then super early game because you have no mailbox coverage some spots will be missed due to its circluar vs that square layout. people will need to completly destroy those if they intend to have air ships / mail on those islands at all later on coverage for those layouts for mailboxes simpley no longer work.

why i dont like stamps is repetitiveness and lack of uniqueness of islands. which is why i almost always struggle with keeping my balance

Non ce n'est pas un mod, c'est un settings dans les options (introduit avec une des updates)

at that point in the game, you should be super rich :) but yes it's definitely not optimised
