The anime is not bad, people just hate the MC. It's entertaining for sure. Not saying it's a 10 or it's amazing but definitely does not deserve the hate it's getting. I'm pretty sure you'd enjoy watching this on stream.

Can’t agree more. The show itself might not be the best but its still entertaining in its own right. The MC is the worst part of the show but apart from him, I like all the other characters 😂. And yeah the show doesn’t deserve that much hate just because of MC.

The realistic reason this was the ed was bc they were meant to release this at the same time as season 2 but got delayed hence why the op is the same as last season and a lot of the visuals are clips from this season cos they’re clearly struggling production wise

I love this anime, some people hate the mc but as the story progresses you’ll learn to love the mc. It shows that you don’t need to be physically strong to fight, there are great plot twists and you’re always on the edge of your seat when watching 10/10

I think also a big part of the hate is from the gang style of things, it's based on bosozoku culture, the thing is it do not displays bosozoku culture correctly like AT ALL, so pure fans of bosozoku culture don't like it because of that, i personally like the manga/anime in term of story and plot but hate it AS a bosozoku anime since it do not display this culture correctly.

Season 3 is literally the best arc, what are you doing? It's Takemichi's first step to actually start fighting, and when he gets the confidence in the final arc he just stomps most of the characters in the series.
It's definitely a great anime for me but it fell off after tenjiku arc

Anime is Really amazing Nick, just people hate it because MC is not someone who is strongest there instead he is a weakling physically but what makes him strongest there is his personality which shows how dedicated he is to saving people he loves and teachs how being a hero does not mean the strongest, Being a hero means Saving and helping the one needs
Takemitchy is just natsuki Subaru rip off the author mentioned it in his interview he is inspired by popular stuff like erased,steins gate and rezero.
You could see how close is takemitchy and Subaru character until the point it's like copying.
Like Subaru he is weak and a crybaby and most of the people who in their world are stronger than them like takemitchy Subaru work hard to save the people who he loved and learns how to be a hero(arc 4).

I love Tokyo Revengers. It's my favourite anime and has a special place in my heart. Watch it you're not gonna regrett it.
Tokyo Revengers is easily im my top 5 with great narrative and characters. There are people out there who have become professional TR haters online like the anime stole their girlfriends (it probably did). Every anime is not for everybody, so most of us just move on when we don't vibe with something. But TR haters are something else. There are a lot of people who love this anime, hence it's popularity. You will just have to see for yourself.

I have read the manga and watched this anime and i personal think that the bad and wacky animation makes it way better it can be serious when i needs to then
can be hilarious when it needs to the amount of times i have been laughing at this show with my mum is crazy and the animation is not that bad like its not good at the
end of s1 but it works and i more care for the story of TR not the fight scenes all the i do love the fight scenes with a couple 100 kids in them also this not to say the manga is bad the ending to the manga is very rushed and not perfect but its still good

Also cause the animation is “god awful” compared to other shows even though said shows have characters that do all this shit with different abilities and Tokyo Revengers is just a show about Kids and Adults street Fighting.

@@SiddhantGames Yes Story is good I loved the entire arrangement but they should concentrate on that story more everytime they get deviates by showing some cringe forceful comedy and pervy fan service which makes me uncomfortable to watch. Many kids watch animes how it will impact on them and what kind of dresses nami used to wear at beginning and later arlong park her exposing got increased so much and others too like Robin, Boa Hancock etc., from beginning. There are so many he*tais for that kind of stuff. I am not loving the idea of adding all these unnecessary things in a content driven story. How can oda add these all into his precious respectable work for which he's been dedicating every ounce of his energy, potential, talent and he's not considering his health. I understand all the hatdwork he's going through so I personally want his work to be pure content and he don't need to please and attract some set of stupid perverted audience by adding and showing all these. Just imagine how great this show could be if there are no such scenes and only outstanding story super strong characters and brilliant writing and foreshadowing, epic soundtracks, entirely focused on core of story and plot, some memorable fun and beautiful comedy scenes it would be a true God tier show and legendary series which will make audience remember every single scene and gives edge of the seat experience. That's why I love Attack on Titan it's my most favorite media ever ✨
@@wrecker_of_animehaters i think tokyo revengers has lot more cringey scenes than one piece. with the always stupid mentally insane villains, TR is not even comparable to one piece. TR has lots of plot holes and shit writing with repetitive arcs. Its as generic as a shonen can get. Plus there are lots of sexualizing high school kids in TR. for eg. emma's introduction, mikey and draken naked.

As a person who read the manga to the end when it was weekly, I tell you that objectively it is not good, they went from adding time travel to superpowers like "dark impulses" or suddenly Takemichi conveniently had "visions" that were never explained and all this in a story full of plot holes, they even changed scenes within the manga itself, scenes that were already written in a way they moved them at the convenience of the script because otherwise it was too crazy and the best example of that is the hina, takemichi and kisaki scene as children, at first it appears in one form and at the end of the manga they change it completely and add Shinichiro so that no one notices the huge plot holes it has (which didn't work because it has too many)

I‘ve read the manga and watched the anime and it‘s one of my favorites! In my experience people who hate on it or didn’t enjoy it are people who only watch anime for epic fights and who aren’t able to feel empathy for the characters or who don’t try to understand their motives and actions. The story itself is really complex and it’s not „just some dudes who like to fight each other“. Some people are also hating on the MC because he’s physically weak compared to other MCs and his development is rather slow but he’s so emotionally strong and empathetic and that makes him so different and special imo. Of course the animation is not as clean and flawless compared to JJK for example but it doesn’t really bother me personally. The story is amazing! :)

The Season 3 was a good season cause it the best arc and full of fight, season 2 good but people says it too much dialog and cause Mikey and Draken not fight much. the season 1 was decent on the Moebius Arc, then Valhalla Arc start and the animation fall apart.

the manga is literally one of my favorite series ever its so good now in the anime even tho they havent changed anything about the story something about not even the animation like most people would say but the atmosphere and the directioning could have been way better its like they have the medium of animation and they are wasting it so many things they could do with the angles and motion but well...

I've been obsessed with this anime to the point where I've watched it over and over again. I also spent tons of money on the anime merch. Not to mention I have a TR icon theme pack and keyboard on my phone. And I talk to TR characters on character ai and other similar ones. And I have every character song opening song ending song and theme song saved. And I also role as my own OC as the haitani brothers little sister even though they don't have one. Not to mention all the fanfic I read of TR. And all the TR tik toks i have and over thousands of TR pictures saved between interest, FB, Twitter, internet, etc. My entire room im planning for it to be decked out in TR style. I'm planning on getting a Bonten tattoo from the anime/manga. And im saving money to deck out my entire car as TR style. I also want to get a motorcycle and deck it out TR style.

The anime/series is very good and it's personally my favorite anime. The hate is very exaggerated in my opinion and the reasons for the hate are pretty dumb. Most of the fans just ignore what people say and we enjoy it on our own. I suggest you should definitely watch it if you have the time to. The plot is good, the characters are lovable and it's an, interesting + different kind of shonen.
