The amount of dedication to get to this level (fitness alone, even) is amazing. Anybody who's ever hit pads know what I'm talking about. Super awesome workout, but terrible if you're out of shape. (Stinks cuz I"m no longer in the shape I once was in - stupid biological attack! ha!)

I'm no boxer only survivor but my advice to the dude would be try not to look at the target when you hitting it its allready being hit dont think about speed relax your shoulders and become speed and power will follow
