    I like the rubber band exercise is better than using weights. I just want to know how many pounds of pressure should the rubber band be to do the exercise? Osu! 🥋

      Hi , you can use the right amount by trying out the pressure of the band when you are at the sports house for shopping, and choose which one is perfect. For lighter pressure u can do many reps as you can in contrast with sturdy/hard rubber band.
