I already change my toner black..i rest like thus video..but when i copy its just plain white a4 paper..why
I think Toner is not connect properly with the power board...
This just doesn't work. The instruction number 12 "Then Press Here (+) Button for Accepted" doesn't work. Nothing happens when I press that (+) button. And there are also two options: - STD and -HD. What are they and which one to choose?

I could not understand which button you pressed for "accept" once the yellow cartridge abbreviation had been selected.
Please carefully flow the instructions...
Actually I cracked it by trial and error, It was the Up Arrow (+) key.
In summary.
1) With printer still ON
2) Open the top section (that reveals the cartridges).
3) Press both the reverse button (the lower one to the right of the screen) AND the Exit button (the top right hand button).
4) Then press the reverse button quickly afterwards. You may have trouble at first but it gets easier.
5) Using the + and - buttons scroll down until you identify which cartridge is to be reset.
6) Press the OK button
7) Press the + button to accept.
You need to do this for each cartridge.

Drum is including this toner that's why you need to reset the drum...
Please reset all toner if need...
