- I made this because I saw a video of cinnamon buns that looked very delicious.
The original recipe was a lot, so I cut it in half. It's really delicious, so I recommend you give it a try.
The basic recipe uses fresh yeast. But since I used instant dry yeast, I did it except to slightly adjust the moisture content.

Leave eggs and butter at room temperature before use. It is recommended to use the milk after heating it in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute before use. Be careful as the yeast will die if it is too hot.
Fermentation time varies depending on the room temperature, so check the size and condition of the dough before proceeding. Inflate the dough about 1.5 times from the original dough.
Baking time depends on the heat of the oven. Please check based on the time of the recipe.
=Cinnamon Buns=
300g strong flour
3g instant dry yeast
5 g salt
25 g sugar
100 g milk + 1 tbsp
100 g unsalted butter
1 egg (about 50g, size M)

75 g unsalted butter
125g brown sugar (or brown sugar)
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
-----------------------------------
egg wash half an egg
1 tbsp milk (or just milk)
Appropriate amount of sugar powder
