    2) moderate exercise
    3) socializing
    4) learn new things
    5) proper diet
    6) manage stress and anxiety
    7) medications

    Good, short video. I look forward to an update with discussion of new research/treatments--some for totally different disorders but with surprising cognitive benefits. I also request discussing the importance of endocrinological disorders which give rise to memory problems. Also maybe the importance of neuropsychological testing.

    I'm just 14 years old but I easyily forget things
    Last week I change my accounts password and when I'm about to open in it i forget the password.
    This happens everyday when I'm putting something in some place then later I'm gonna say oh shit where did i put that thing again ughhh this sucks.

      You might need a password manager on your phone if it’s one of many ?

    I'm 17 and I feel like I have memory loss
    It's becoming bad every day
    I have blackouts, I can't get good sleep, and I have so much on my schedule I don't know if that could be a cause😢
    I loose things and forget myself as well🥲

      Get help from a doctor to medically help if anything not ok with tests . Your are too young and you can have memory training self exercises with help . You need to establish mental habits that will improve your memory .
