Don't forget the PCIE 4.0 cable in the price consideration 😉 those'll set you back 50-60 bucks, and the NR200P includes only 3.0 while the Max includes a 4.0. Which may or may not be important to users, but at least is the difference between having to get into the bios before using that cable and not having to IF you have only a PCIE 4.0 gpu.
The NR200P doesn't actually allow top mounted 280mm radiators so there are more things to consider than riser cables. If you install a GPU vertically your only option is to install the radiator at the bottom which is a big no-no for AIOs as that will reduce the life span of the pump and create noise. I think because of that most people who buy the NR200P will install the GPU horizontally at the bottom (better for airflow anyway) and the radiator will be mounted on the side with a grilled mesh (no acrylic window). I just wish the regular NR200P had the same design as the MAX because I don't like the gunmetal color.
@@adeguntoro If you have a motherboard and gpu that both run at pcie 4 by default and you connect them via a pcie 3 riser cable, you will not get any video out. You're forgetting to factor in that it includes a 4.0 PCI-E riser. Also, the power supply cables, as well as the AIO tubing, are just the right length which is already a very desirable feature.

Awesome review as usual! What about the Aorus F132u review? When do you plan on releasing that? I can’t decide between that monitor and the Acer predator XB323QKNV until you have told me which is better 😀 thanks for all you do!
The max gpu lengt is 336mm, is it possible to cut the horizontal hole at the front out to get a large vertical one and fit much langer cards ?
I guess you could fit a slightly larger card if you get a dremel :p
I see... so i9 12900k = Super Hot Boi heater on a winter's night.
Love the design but still ... so BIG. I'm going to buy a Mac Mini M1 and see how that works as download station :-)
The grey looks good, however, I wish CoolerMaster also gives other color options like they does on NR200 for the MAX version
“Any other GPU that’s a bit more reasonable, will do fine” loled and scared the dog
CAN YOU GAME ON 4K 120 or 60 ?
But does the PSU explode?
Almost a year after this review I have bought the NR200p Max. 😃👍 thanks for the review!
Enjoy, still a great case!
What components did you use for it and how many degrees do your cpu and gpu run?
@@s0ss_fr I7 13700K and a RTX 4090 . The temps aren't that high. Especially the 4090 is doing well.
@@acidxtrx9779 Nice, I‘m planning on using my I7 1700F and a 4070, thanks!
...and can you plz give us a link where to buy? 😆
Do you think it could handle a 13600K and an RTX 3090?
13600K uses less power than a 12900K :)
I just wouldn’t buy a 3090 now anymore with the 4070 Ti around. But i suppose you already have one :)
@@TechTesters yeah - already had a 3090 and was thinking of building a SFF with the 13600K and NR200P Max
Configuring the fans as exhaust along with using the vented panels might work best 👍
I would want to put a 16tb HDD in there and probably would put it on the psu
Is the PSU any good? And this is set ITX? Because I used to have some SFF cases of prebuilds, but they all sucked. Lol I even have a BTX SFF case and board
I don't have 50.000+ dollars available to buy the hardware required to properly test PSUs, so I can't tell you. I can tell you that it can handle this hardware which is about as high-end as you can get, but I don't see any reviews from the only handful of channels that I would trust to test a PSU properly :(
Cooler Master sfx850 are decent. They did have an issue with the fans from the first release. They have already fix it and included 10 years warranty
Great case, but it’s still not available for purchase :( been wanting one since September
😈 сool
id just paint it i am an artist
If a case was a gpu, overpriced and out of stock.
Perfect Review with everything i was looking for. I try to assemble my mini-gaming PC in Online-Shop with this Case. I was wondering about how a 3 slot GPU can be placed inside (in terms of specs - it should be no problem - i testet a PC Configurator with this Case and it wont let me put in a 3 slot graphicscard)
I'm just not sure about processor.
I looking at the Ryzen 7 5800x3D - but i'm overhealmed by all the different cpu's gpu's. It seems that the 3D cpu fits best for me - developing software and playing World of Warcraft. Thanks a lot for your Video. I will check out you other videos to see if it may help me build my first pc :)
Maybe wait a day or two before you buy a 5000 series Ryzen CPU.
Or a few hours ;)
Are the included fans silent when pc is just sitting idle or doing basic tasks in windows?
WHAT IS THE PSU?
Wonder if she tried intake on the aio fans. I am sure they were sucking the heat of the gpu through the radiator.
Cool review but it's Oct. 2022 and the case new is selling at $500 US on Amazon .
I've come to the conclusion that this version of the case is an awful value in the US market and shouldn't even be considered.
@@PurpleRupees That's usually the other way around, it's the first in a long time that I'm happy to buy my products in Europe!
Nice review - thanks. I do particularly enjoy case reviews.... Ciao.
i'm stressed
Ja de 12900k zou je eigenlijk met een 3fan radiator willen koelen imo
this is mine
New case? It's not new, it's been on the market for a long time now.
can the power supply be change? i mean can we change it ourselves?
I've seen a bunch of videos from you already here and there and now that i've watched this one i was wondering myself why i've never subscribed to your channel. Time to change that. Done. Keep up the good work and greetings from a neighboring country, that being germany.
Thank you. Nice to hear ☺️
Wow!
