    Amazing video as always! People are very used to eating cardboard Gluten Free pasta and this is the absolute opposite of that! Great work chef!

    Will have to try this one. my husband is not only severe celiac, he also reacts to eggs, chicken, and other things. So I can't use eggs when making pasta dough. Have found a recipe for egg replacer that worked well in the last pasta dough I made. Will have to see how t works with this flour.

    Try adding in some psyllium husk flour then try the machine again. I was able to use my machine last time, but can't go through on it's thinnest setting, can only go to #2

    Can make the dough in advance? How long could you leave it wrapped for?

    Caputo GF flour is made from GF wheat starch

      Nope! I never put oil in pasta dough. Salt I will use and can be added here but I think people should taste the flour first and see. You can always salt the cooking water and the finished dish itself

    Please check the ingredients and report accurately. This flour is fine for people with celiac, but not for those with wheat allergy.

      There's no medical claim in the video. The flour is advertised as gluten free. What that means for each person medically is their responsibility.

      This product is gluten-free. Saying this as a person who cannot have Caputo flour due to a wheat allergy. She didn’t do anything wrong
