Yesterday I caught a 4.18 pound bass with a ultra light on a 90 whooper plopper she was skinny super skinny she could of easily been 5 or 6 if she had a belly it so much fun to catch a big one on bfs
BFS 🤔🎣 got a bag filled out. You got the medium amount. Just saying need to up the game on small game 😮 me trout BFS all day Pistol Pete and Z Man flashback. But is hard to find a pown where I live northern New Mexico.
I just don't understand how people don't now how to use a light rod my biggest rod 6foot is medium light. Some lures is so small 8 lbs line with not go in the jig head. 8 lbs line is max out on line size. Trout by inches Bass by lbs 🤔🎣⁉️ People tell me I can't use 6 lbs line for Bass. That doesn't sound right to me. I don't like braid line or it once in the 80's when they first come out where I live and did not like the action with it. I'll take the monofilament and change out line every fishing trip. Good show content for beginners. Me I'm a beginner on Bass fishing 🎣🤔‼️ started last year.
Thank you for the comment, Jason! Braided line has definitely gotten better. Sufix 832, Power Pro VS, and Kastking x13 are some great options in my opinion. Most anglers avoid light gear for bass fishing due to the pulling force they have and the fact that they love to hide in thick vegetation. However, when fishing clear ponds and creeks, light gear is amazing. Most fish are highly pressured. So less is more when it comes to small bodies of water typically. I usually use a 10 lb braid to a 4lb leader line using an Alberto knot. Works great!
Great video my friend. BFS is my favorite way to fish. I'd like to see you unpin the fish and then do the show and tail. Keeps the pain down getting that hook out quicker. Little less stress too. Just my opinion but great video nonetheless . Lots of fun! 👍👍👍
It looks like the rod and reel are kestrel by KastKing. The rod is great. The reel is okay too but there are better reels for the money. But the rod is in my top 5 BFS rods.
Dying bass and keeps taking it out the water 😂 you gotta be faster holding a fish out the water more than 1min is crazy. Like I've done it with family showing them and stuff but by yourself? 100deg weather? Fish are already tired you say it yourself but don't practice what you preach 😢
I really need a BFS set up! Great vid dude
You should Man! They're a lot of fun. Thank you!

I've tried a few times but still haven't managed to catch anything on my bfs rod. Great vid!
You can do it! Sometimes the bite is hard but persistence pays off!

I think that's a great idea! Typically I try to show how the fish ate but I think taking care of the fish is more important as well.
Please tell me the bag name looks so nice
I use the Plano fishing bag for most bank trips.
What's the rod and reel?
It looks like a Kast King Kestral (I may be wrong though)
