Just curious how did you get 10ms as the optimal time? Experimentally or is it an industry standard? A pot to make the timing a bit more adjustable would be nifty for if different metals require different times to achieve good fusion.

Can you share a list of the products used in the construction? I know they are on the video, I just noted the lack of information about, for example, the power of the resistor (how many watts)
33 Ohm x6 1k Ohm x2 2.2k Ohm x1 10k Ohm x2 1N4007 FR207 BC547 5mm LED 1 uF x2 8 pin IC base 555 timer IC I'd guess low power resistors. EDIT I bought 0.5W resistors, they just fit on the circuit board.

Since I couldn't figure out what the actual problem was, I've now decided on a ready-made one Spot welding circuit board from China decided, I thought all the FET's I bought were fake
Actually it doesn't need to do "Totem pole" you can drive upto 10 mosfets without any problem, and Yes you can do Totem pole but Signal Resistor of 1k should be added on base of PNP & NPN Transistors.

Can i do this, totem pole amplify the ne555 ic output signal to connect more mosfet. I will be happy to answer and will make it.

Will this circuit run with a LiPo Battery 2200mAh and 35C discharge rate ?
I find the spot weld could do with a longer duration what would I change to increase sot weld time to maybe 20 milli seconds, thanks

Hi I have ordered the PCBs already where should I add c18 as there are no holes in PCBs board

do you know what 600A is?
It os not continuous current, it is just pluse current for mili seconds, these each of a mosfets can provide 100A pluse current, check out datasheet.
