@realbrown3723 remember when it was WLAC???!!!!!!!!!..from 1969-1980 the country-western variety show Hee Haw filmed there..in 1980 they moved to Opryland...I hope you will reply to this
@@sherryhannah498 Yes, I do remember when the station was WLAC-TV. A lot great memories. I also remember Hee-Haw . . . lots of funny jokes that could sometimes sound risque, but it was good clean fun and the singing was superb. It was a dream for me to intern at WTVF. It is a classy tv station and has been my favorite in the Nashville TV market forever, though WKRN and WSMV were excellent too.
@@realbrown3723 I hope you will reply to this did you know before she was a news anchor in Baltimore and had her own talk show in Chicago it was syndicated nationwide did you know Oprah Winfrey worked at that station???!!!!
John Clark is now a news anchor for WTVD-ABC11 in Durham, NC.
This resembles that Spirit of Texas KHOU and WFAA used
Same jingle. WTVA also used it.
Announcers- Chris Clausen, Charlie Van Dyke, and John Young
Icons!
Love WTVF! It has always been a well presented CBS affiliate 0:01 0:49 1:17 1:38 2:48
