The only thing that comes to mind to refine the matchup details is recommendations for gear tiers across the teams. When you are talking about countering with a punch up, punch across, etc you are implying gear tier matching, and that could be illustrated in a table for your discord members. Love the video! Just wanted to mention BH2 is a hard counter to Web Warriors (decent punch up) and a great punch across on Symbiotes. Just use Mags special on turn 1 on ghost spider (or AV for Sym).
Thank you for sharing this ... A couple of points 1) Both Astonishing X-Men and Black order can be defeated with a decent punch up in mirror matches, so not really keen on using them in defense. Also using uncanny X-men with phoenix as a counter to Black order has one flaw. Ebony Maw ability blocks Hero controllers i.e. Phoenix and Storm 2) Thank you for hybrid merc team and analysis of web warrirors on defense
Thank you for generous acknowledgement. one more point lol ... sorry Its an addition to your video Although Blaok orfer and Astonishing X-Men can be defeated quite easi;y in mirror matches, Yet putting them on defense would expend some good teams assuming the enemy also has them on defense and cannot use a mirror match. In such a scenario, putting them on defense actually works holistically for defensice victories. For example, putting two or more than two teams on defense which rely upon summons or clones would mean that the oppesiong alliance would have to use kestrel for taking out one team leaving the other team that much more difficult to take down ... What do you say?? And Thank you also for not being negative about the game unlike most other CCs where every single video has to be about what is wrong with the game

Unless b.o is over a million I don’t see the benefit of them on defense. They do better on offense against a lot of non meta defensive teams then they do on defense.
Hey Dorky, great breakdown. What do you think about putting Yo-Yo on the WW's, in place of Miles, putting Miles on your YA's, and putting Chavez somewhere else for her speed? I saw this idea from RunSeven, where Yo-Yo has synergy by putting offense downs on enemies.
Hmmm. I like the creativity and the off meta choices can throw people off. So as for those 3 moves I really only liked added YoYo to WW. Miles though very important to the WW is replaceable and the Odown YoYo gives can help Scarlet Spider and Gwen reach their ults which is really cool. So that I love. YA really don’t have many replacement options. Each member brings very important passives or functionality but Chavez in extra important. Without Chavez YA are so slow that many many new counters open up. So if you have YA built up I strongly suggest keeping them a unit and settle for pulling big teams like Eternals and WX. Otherwise someone can very easily use BO, or Ravager on them.

We do after all have the Hasgard team now, along with BA and a rework on both Wakandan, A-Force and Dark Hunters, and the Gamma and Tangled Web teams are upcoming, I feel like this has already changed a lot 4 months later 😅
I don’t remember if you made an honorable mentions on the other part, which I will re-watch after this, but that would also be very helpful, especially since some of us use these teams on Offense 😅

Personally I use killmonger instead of punisher. He is just better imo, and I have a g12 killmonger vs my g15 punisher. Punch up on mercs, punch up on skillitary with punisher. Instead I use my punisher with WW on offense.
So you can still use Doom on defence with Skillitary or Mercs (over surfer) if you wanted him to be on D. Otherwise I like using Doom to help make the Eternals Vs YA match up super safe on big punch ups. Or you can make your own teams with Doom as the centre piece. Members like OG Falcon, Starlord, and 2 damage dealers make for great turn 1 cheese comps. You won’t take out the super meta teams but you can cheese some of the weaker D teams like Web Warriors, Black Order, Axmen, and New Warriors. I would just advise staying clear of the top 4 Defense teams I have listed in this video if you go that route!
Oh yea for sure. I didn’t include teams like Darkhunters WeapX IW or Eternal on the hard counters because they are needed for certain match ups that you’ll see in the next video :D

Dark Hunters also counters WW pretty hard, and they are more reliable than using them against H4H. of course, YMMV on whether that is a waste or not

I’m doing that not. I’ve been chilling on it until we get fully built Morgans. But that that we finally got the scourge payout in doing just that!

What do you think of Killmonger now with the rework on Mercs/Surfer?
I think Korath is still better just for the rng ability block. But KM still great there.
Can also do KM over Merc Riot Guard and full offense. I’ve seen that before. Works much the same with
