Google earth doesn’t work where I live. I just answer the phone with my minimum rate which I explain is 175$ on Avg. I explain if it’s been over flowing or conditions on site call for harness or multiple ladder placements the price just goes up. People have been okay with it . I do agree three stories is an easy up charge because of insurance .
I think your price list is so cheap I do terrace house 2 gutters front and back for £60 3 bedroom house starting prices from £200 to £280 gutters clearing, fascias and soffits
I’m not sure what you mean, I haven’t shown my price list, I’ve recommended £42-50 + VAT minimum per elevation, that would make a 2 gutters front and back more than £60, personally, we wouldn’t do any job for £60, way too cheap…
