    Hello, do you happen to have a guide to properly exercise legs ? I notice my quads burn when I am skiing and I believe they are not properly prepared for skiing. Thanks

    Swinging your legs to stretch before being warmed up is bad advice. You need to first warm up the tissue with gentle movements to prevent tearing, then move towards swinging and stretching
