      You should consult a Endocronologist who will ask you to do a blood test to check whether you have hypo or hyper thyrodism and he will prescribe the required medication. If you have a thyroid problem, only exercise will not work.

    First time kr rhi hu pr ulta let ke krne wali exercise nhi ho paa rhi h mujse😢bahut hard h jitni easy dikhta h utna easy h nhi😢😅but i will try to do daily..ek doubt h muje agar daily kre toh sirf tummy hi kam hoga?
