Omgg sameee this is like the first time I've ever properly meditated I didn't even see how long this video was and just played it blindly by the first few seconds as I thought ill just do it for a few mins and stop and by the time it ended I felt like its been hours but indact it was just 20 mins like omg I freaked out but definitely gonna add this everyday after the end of my workout routine

I have recorded less than good blood pressure for a very long time. Today I listened to the singing bowls meditation and took my BP immediately afterwards. I was delighted to see my first reading in the normal blood pressure range for longer than I can remember. I attributed it to the relaxing meditation. A big thank you from me.

I normally suffer from anger attacks, id learned to control it somwhow through boxing but this is totally calming and I feel like Ive never felt, each session of sound bath is a little miracle for me, my anger, my pain, seem ro have totally gone now

I've always wanted to become a RUclips and doing meditation guided like this but don't know how to really get into it. But your guided meditation really unwinded my blind and neck stress I've been trying to relieve pain from for more then a year and listening to you once took all.
