When he peeks out behind the seal, I was laughing but I also concluded that he wasn't going to catch the seal if he charged from such a distance, his only chance was to go under the ice and trap the seal face to face.... Boy was I in for a surprise when he did exactly what I thought he didn't think of doing. This is amazing! I mean he didn't catch the seal but this animal is thinking the same strategy I would have used!! I am just blown away by the deep intelligence displayed here

The Bearded Seal looks extremely restless and nervous. She knew there was a predator near her. You can see it by how she acts and how she smells the air continually (bears smell super unpleasant just like any carnivorous animal that feeds on other mammals). But I feel super happy for that Bearded Seal, thank God she was saved 💜
