Sad to see the 1.0 litre turbo being removed from the nios lineup. Drove it once and it was a very fun car to drive. The steering was the only downside but everything else was solid.

I agree that structural integrity is surely needed but on impact one needs to be safe from inside too, as no matter how small the impact is it will be felt from inside and there are chances that one's head gets hit on the B pillars or on the glass, which might be fatal. So, in my understanding both are equally important.
I see a lot of functionality the overall visibility from inside would be outstanding, Unfortunately prices of cars have increased exponentially over the last 3 to 4 years.
Bro build quality should also be good... The bodyshell must be capable of withstanding impact or damage... Adding more airbags is just a part of safety...

Go for Tata Punch. Tremendous comfort n handling on the highways. I have ridden one for the last one year. Suspension is solid n steering feedback is gorgeous. Moreover u get 8 Harman speakers with 5 star gncap rating
Looks very appealing, but those who are impressed will be damped that 1/3rd these features will not be there in Sportz (1 variant below Asta) and the price difference will be too high to make the jump. Review a Magna, and it'll probably be Plane-Jane, with not much standing out. That's one of the reasons why I went with a Tiago 1.5 yrs ago, despite liking the i10 so much. Also, Tiago is a good highway workhorse, unlike the i10.
You bought tractor engine with 5 star build quality... tata can't make one reliable and smooth engine like hyundai...u tata fanboy can speak only build quality... other areas tata cars score zero

@@kavincare8874 highways I ride on don't allow speeds beyond 90km/h. I know the engine is not very great, as compared to other manufacturers', but serves my needs. Very relaxed, tractable at low speeds on high gears, so feels comfortable riding in city traffic as well as highways. And the *Ride Quality* is *terrific*, very planted at high speeds, no body roll or vibes up till 100-105, seems able to keep up at high speeds unlike what I felt while riding the i10.
The headlights are already poor . Removing the fogg light make it worse. and also wireless carplay should be given just like i20. Not much of a big difference except cruise control.
I have the i10 AMT Sportz. It's a much better AMT than Maruti. Very refined and responsive. However the lacking of hill assist is a bummer, but with a bit of familiarity, you should be able to manage. Hope that helps!
I use 2020 nios AMT. It is much better than Maruti to be honest. As Akshay said it lacks hill hold assist but atleast it gives like a second or two before it starts rolling backwards slowly after putting it in drive mode.

Sad that hyundai has stopped production of the tork converter i10 four cylinder which was tireless and fun to drive.AMT s dont do justice to automatics.

Also it hurts a bit when you said it has a better finishing quality then i20 but that's 100% true.. 🥲

Drove Santro Xing 1.1 lt. Petrol since 2005. Then since 2010, I have been driving Hyundai i20 1.2 lt. Petrol 83 PS 114 NM of peak torque. A very boring engine. Now with the Diesel i10 NIOS gone, will never buy Hyundai Petrol again.

IDK why no one is asking about riduculous prices on vehicles. An i10 costs 10 lakhs for top end. This is a joke. In 2019 I got my ecosport for 11.58 onroad for top end. But now this hatchback costing almost the same price is a joke.
I like the Nios 2023 from the rear and the Aura 2023 from the front. Damn, the Aura looks more aggressive from the front compared to the Nios. The Nios's rear is just more aesthetically pleasing.

Go see the sport versions of bmw Porsche and even Ferrari. Their front seats are all having fixed headrests in case you were not aware.

Sir Airbags were not sufficient if that structure itself is not stable and Hyundai never worried about it.

the test review should be done with 5 persons (1 driver and 4 passengers) in the car. that will give the correct power and handling of this car.
I think older fog lamps did helped a bit as lamp throw is limited in non asta variants as no projector headlamps
