Hi, I have an Epson Stylus Photo R3000 printer, kindly I would like to know if I can change it in DTF, I would need information on everything I need, instructions to change the printer cartridges, inks, acro rip version for my printer paper etc ... product prices, Thanks
yes all of them require it especially the ones with no maintenance tanks like 1400s and r2000-3000s, itll make puddles on pads if not cleaned or drained properly
You can het them at DTGPRO.com of you use coupon code IronDesigns you save a little and I get credit I use acro rip 10 and above but cadlink also works with some models
Maintenance depends on quality inks and humidity, When both are great and in check just capping station cleaning nightly and if you’re not printing for days run nozzle clean a day to keep ink flowing
Hey, just a question. I've done an initial ink charge on the r3000, tried to do a 2nd ink charge but the program keeps saying ink out error. How do I get around this. ARC Cartridges wont reset when I pull them out because I think it didn't register as empty on the printer. Any help would be appreciated.
so unfortunately with r3000 once you do ink charge once you cant do again unless you have resetter, for some reason even tho they are arc it resets for the ink to be useable but not for the charge, i just do a strong cleaning rather than ink charge.
Hi Guy's Trying to finish setup on my epson r285 for DTF 1. I can get paper feeding but the film is not, even when It Does Feed It stops where It should start printing. And the orange misfeed light comes on ? Also, 2. I am using Acrorip 9.3 the size Im trying to print which Is on the set up screen prints out smaller or to one side when printed am I sizing something wrong ? Thank you for your Help Regards Geoff.
What do you set your ink percentages to in AcroRip for the R3000? Also, did you end up removing the rollers? I'm waiting for a few more items to be delivered to get mine up and running for DTF. I tried to print to plain paper using AcroRip, and it flooded the page with black ink, even at 25%.
First, wanted to say thank you for sharing your knowledge about DTF. I have been watching your videos to understand how this all works. I’m new to DTF, and looking to convert my Artisan 1400. Have a couple questions, for a newbie to start with: 1. Where to get a nice bundle for ink etc to start 2. Software: AcroRip 9.3/10.2 or CADlink 3. Best type of cleaner/s to get printer ready Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks again.
Hi there I got the same printer which i buy but it’s having an jam issue while i try to put one paper but if i put two paper it started printing. And also there is issue in printing too. It only prints half of the given image. Can you please help me with this issue? Thank you
Please for the love of god and your sanity stay away from consumer desktop printers for DTF and DTG! Lol girl you're killing me! Definition of insanity thinking there's some kind of unicorn among the sea of throw away printers in the market. Every one of them is going to fail you faster than you think running these types of inks through them.
This r3000 has been ran now almost 4 weeks 7 days a week 15-22 hours a day over 6k prints and still kicking it Same with all my other printers pay couple bucks for printer make a couple stacks and repeat! Eventually industrial is the way to go but I have fun messing with these for now!
is there a new facebook group? I couldn't find the old one
