i have an epson p600 and it looks exactly like your printer.I believe the motor on the top of the damper unit is there to pump the black inks when you change from photo black to matte black as there are no separate "nipples" on the print head for the two black inks.
Hello will this work for p800 Epson and what about the air that get supplied to cartridges will that need to be capped off or will the air just stop after initiation
sorry to bother you i got i quick question for you got the dx7 damper from aliexpress my question is from left to right i got bottom m top black seconf one cyan top empty bottom cause its clogg real bad then 3 damper top yellow bottom empty clogg also the last on the right are white white what setting for colors in acro rip should i use im confuse and not sure witch one to turn off
Hello, first of all I wanted to thank you for the videos you upload, they are very helpful, I follow you on RUclips and Facebook. I wanted to ask you how it is possible to put the DX7 dampers on the R3000 if not it is possible to put the firmware without a chip, thanks in advance.
Thanks for the video, i have a few questions 1. How hold down this dampers? 2.What is the size of the ink ciss tube? ( they are two sizes of the dx-7 dampers on the market ) 3. The white ink need shake how solve this? 4. you make clean circle?
1) popsicle stick which as of Jan 2023 I don't use popsicle stick it just stays 2)I used the p800 version ciss with damper set from nikkodtg 3) I just shake the tank every two days .. I print a lot daily so I don't really worry about shaking inks .. every printer with lines from carts to print head has ink separation in lines if you don't print every two days at most ruclips.net/video/N4S7n_hY0uI/видео.html
If I turn my P600 into a DTF printer, and I have the ink tubes connected directly to the dampers, what settings do I need other than chipless? If you could teach me, it'll helps a lot.
So you would set your carts from left to right standing in front of the printer. And in acro rip 10 you’ll set your channels from left to right as well to match. You can put white in lc LM and cymk as normal. (Either white in llk and lk or you can run fluro yellow and fluro magenta ) you’ll need to shut them on and off accordingly for fluorescent and non fluro printing.
I have a epson p800 that's i remove the printhead for flushing and after that they dont want to print the color correctly trow the original ink sistem...do you think that doing the same you do going to work?
it depends if you pushed fluid through in other words water fall, you may have busted seals, if you didnt did you clean capping station? if that isnt suctioning properly it wont really clean or suction inks to the head.
Pode me ajudar? , fiz igual a vc a minha dtf e agora esta dando erro 0xd9 erro de seletor de tinta , o motor a De troca de tinta gira direto e da esse erro , consegue me ajudar?
cn1 long side should be plugged on bottom of the two slots on the print head the cn1 label and metal prongs should face out not towards the print head the top cable has the prongs facing the print head and the blue strip visible outward. the short cn1 goes in the front slot of the print head carrier if standing facing front of the printer.
Thank you for the video. One thing I’m missing is how do I prime the dampers? I’m not getting the ink to flow. Thanks!
Where did you buy the damper kit and what’s the cost of it?
Great video. I already ordered my ciss.

hi it's westbay here ... you can pull the wires from the dc motor so you dont have to put the original dampers back.
Which wire is this I’m not sure
Yes please which ones?
Did anyone ever find out what he meant

send me pics on face book of how you have it set up , did you plug the motor in and place it in the print head carrier to the side?
Anyone know the orientation of the flat head cables? Cn1 goes in top slot by WiFi or the lower spot?
