- Hey, Hey! My name’s Tanny, but people call me TannyRaw.
19 years ago I switched from a Standard American Diet to whole-foods plant-based. 14 years ago, I transitioned into an entirely low fat raw vegan lifestyle and I haven’t looked back since.
Changing my food to strictly whole raw healthy living greens, plant fats, and fruits healed me from a host of auto-immune diseases and chronic gut and health issues.
Within less than a year, I lost 86 pounds and could finally move without experiencing pain. My skin cleared, I gained a head full of thick curly hair, and experienced a dramatic change in my eye color! Just a handful of the benefits I’ve enjoyed from a purely raw diet.
I’m sharing everything I know about low-fat raw vegan & the “Do different. Get Different” mindset because nothing feels as good as health does and I want this for you.

I wanted to move from Birmingham AL to Pensacola FL for a while cause I love the beach and it was 4 and a half hour drive and it cost me hotel expenses and time off work. I finally did it. We are in an apartment. It's not a house yet like I want but every off day my husband and I are on the beach. Living my dream. I will get the house though. It's a start. We we're turned away so much from apartments to cause of credit issues but we had a miracle. My husband had a dream about this place. And he filled out the application and when he had to put his social security number in it wouldn't take it so he checked the box that said I don't have a social security number and it approved him. He told the lady even and she just said well if it approved you who am I to argue. We are in bankruptcy and almost impossible to get a place. It was a miracle from God. My husband was already living here to without me renting a room in a lady's house and working here.we sacrificed and was tempararilly apart to do this. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to make your dreams come true. It may cost you before hand but worth it. Everyone said we couldn't do it. Now they are looking crazy lol

Exciting! A tour guide impressive. Tanny, your eyelids & brows, & skin what's Tanny's secret? Whose driving? Marcus' drink you spoke of for the smoothie would you fo a video of it? What is your thinking of flax, almonds, cashews having though small having cyanide,...? When did you start drinking distilled water? Cocooning is easy...really too easy. I do that to an extent. Being aware a person was planned is good & then being grown & so love, yet knowing that your parents reasons csn be happy or sad or a replacement for the one that died. Parents share things after their older & the the child is grown. It can maybe better not knowing. Dollars mske or break the dreams. Keep dreaming. Thanks. In everything thank God.💕🌹

My diva cup leaks too, well I got a diva and it was to big it hurt so bad to insert even based on their recommendations on which one to get, so I wanted 40 bucks. But I have ones called instead and it's so much better. But my cup leaks!

On top of raw vegan and waiting for my digestion and body to heal. I started doing yoni steaming. And im loving it..i already feel a new sense of feminine power coming over me.
