I homeschooled our children so I know you have A LOT going on, and I'm so impressed with all that you are able to accomplish. :) Thank you for sharing your beautiful stitching. I love your magazine rack that holds your wips. Have a very happy Thanksgiving.
For some reason, your videos haven't been showing up on my feed, so I'm catching up. Loved seeing your WIPS. I have a number of the patterns you're working on, and I think I'm going to have to start some soon (Olga's Stocking, and Crocette a Gogo Winter are must starts!) LOVE, LOVE your natural hair! I have (what I call) a 'fountain of grey' in a similar location that you do, and I purposely part my hair there so it looks like I have chunky grey highlights on both sides. Highlights that I don't pay money for, lol. Great visit! I'll be binging your videos this weekend while I stitch. Happy Stitching! Lynn
Nice collection of WIPs. Enjoy them all. Very familiar with Abeka. Lol. My youngest turns 30 soon, but all started their schooling with that curriculum.
Hi…I just found you & enjoyed this. I have been stitching in hand for years! Would love to see your fur babe 🐕:-)) Hope your little gal heals up well… Embrace your hair color, natural highlights :-)) All the best … Ohio
Really love the grey in your hair! Just embrace it! My daughter is 36 and wants to colour her hair just like yours. The winter house WIP is very cute! I love to do houses in my samplers.
Glad to see you back. I live seeing what you're working on. You go through so many projects. I like your system though. I say do whatever makes you happy for next year. Start something new if you want to, or WIP down if you want to. Whatever brings you the most comfort and joy in your stitching.
I let my hair go gray. I think I earned every one of them. I tried dying it gray/silver but it came out blond. I’m not a blond. Enjoyed all your stitching.
I am so happy to see you back. I have been wondering what has been going on. You have really accomplished a lot! Good for you. I know it is so hard when you have children to manage. You have a lovely amount of projects to work on. Keep in touch. Best, K
Good to see you again, great finishes and beautiful WIPS,your hair is very pretty,I too have a lot of WIPS and I enjoy them all👍look after yourself Thankyou for sharing 🇳🇿❤️🪡
Good to see you! I love to see your progress on your yearly focus piece. I would keep going and work down your Wips. But that doesn’t mean you can’t start something new as well.
Loved this. I'm a former homeschool mom (12 years. Kids are now college grads and married -- best decision ever ❤) and still "teach" in our Classical Conversations community). Also hoping for some venison. If only we could just stitch and craft, but those days came after graduation. Thanks for sharing!
Hi Liz. So glad to see another video from you! Loved all of the stitching that you shared. You have some beautiful Wips and I loved all of your Fall pillow finishes. It's always way more fun to start a new big project for the new year:) I'm planning on starting one but don't know what yet, so I'll be curious to see what you decide. Have a great November and hope to see you back soon! Happy Stitching:)
So glad your daughters surgery went well and now she’s just healing. When my daughter was a young teenager she broke her wrist just a few weeks after we signed her up for club volleyball lol. I guess it wasn’t meant to be. Your hair looks great on you. No one would mistake you for a grandmother. Love your projects thank you for sharing and there wasn’t any need to iron they looked great.
You are the first flosstuber who I've seen doing the Cotswold piece by Teresa Kogut. It was a lot of stitches, but I am enjoying mine being finished. You have some nice WIPS, some with good progress too.
Nice to see you back! Your HRH looks great, so close. I’m stitching on Summer Quaker by Lila’s Studio & it’s 12 pages (some 1/2 pages at the end). Happy stitching!
Sorry to hear your daughter broke her arm. Glad you're back! I'm also kind of an all or nothing crafter. Love the stocking! Girl... embrace the grey! You have earned every strand! And also, it's expensive to colour your hair, and you can use that money for more projects! LOL Love the thread can from your Grandma! Every Opening Flower sampler is a must have! Your full coverage piece is beautiful! Thanks for a wonderful show!
Loved all your finishes and WIPs! Your Olga Stocking looks so good and vibrant. I had to change the white pumpkin on mine to orange because it just looked so out of place to me. I love your hair but you do what makes you feel good. I am still dying my hair but am seriously thinking about going white! I’m 55 and don’t really have grey but I think it would be white.
I am so glad that you are back. If you start consider the lilies, I will start it with you. I am working on the sparrow one, so maybe we can start a SAL 😊 by the way your hair is beautiful and your face is beautifully young.
Proverbs 16:31..A gray head is a crown of glory; it is found in the way of righteousness. I say embrace your gray..it looks good! Your hair is beautiful and you are silvery gray! Enjoyed seeing all your WIP’s and you have some great ones. I’m sorry to hear about your daughter’s arm and hope she heals quickly. We used ABeka when I homeschooled our kids many years ago. Wish I’d had the video instruction! Great curriculum. Happy Thanksgiving, Liz 🦃 ❤️ Suzette
I agree with many who have commented about your gray hair - I think it becomes you! I am almost completely gray. I also attribute it to 43 yrs of teaching. I don't have children of my own to blame it on. Your stitching is beautiful! I love your Jane Wooster Scott piece. I am working on her HAED piece Let It Snow. I really like it, but am anxious to get to something other than evergreens and snow.
Keep the grey! My hairdresser says that younger girls come in wanting their hair dyed like mine, which they can't do. Go figure! I stitch a lot of pieces that you do, but not massive full coverage. They intimidate me.
I love your hair as it is. I start with grey hairs at 8 yrs of age. I have been glad I kept it natural. I am now 78 yrs of age. 💕
Thanks for sharing your stitching, beautiful, great choices of designs. Embrace your gray highlights, your hair is stunning!!

Ruth here, you are brave showing that deer head, l love it
Not everyone loves it haha
Glad your back. Enjoyed your video. Happy stitching!
Your hair is lovely, stunning with your blue eyes🎉
Nice collection of WIPs. Enjoy them all. Very familiar with Abeka. Lol. My youngest turns 30 soon, but all started their schooling with that curriculum.
I think it's a great curriculum for my kids

Thrilled you are back. Your WIP's are inspiring.
Thanks for watching! 😊

I wish I could do 3 things at once 😆

I haven’t gotten to the good part yet. I’m looking forward to the animals at the bottom
@@Theinhandstitcher that part was fun
Embrace the gray!! It's good to see you back🤗 Great WIP review.

That’s a great suggestion 😊

Good point!

I feel like times and trends are changing and it’s not such a big deal to have gray/white hair anymore
@@Theinhandstitcher I agree. I also think the younger you are the prettier it is.
Embrace the grays! I'm so disappointed that I didn't... I put wash in stuff & the grow out took 2 years... your hair is beautiful!!!
I am so glad that you are back. If you start consider the lilies, I will start it with you. I am working on the sparrow one, so maybe we can start a SAL 😊 by the way your hair is beautiful and your face is beautifully young.
I’ll keep that in mind!

ABeka is great and the videos are so handy. They are wonderful teachers.

love your stocking and all your projects! Embrace the gray hair, looks great on you !
Personally, I think your hair is beautiful. I know people who pay good money to get their hair frosted to look like yours.
🐨👍
Enjoyed it. Just go with the flow don't add more to the works...
Keep the grey! My hairdresser says that younger girls come in wanting their hair dyed like mine, which they can't do. Go figure! I stitch a lot of pieces that you do, but not massive full coverage. They intimidate me.
The full coverage is definitely a long term commitment
Be thankful you have hair.
Very true
Please tell me that is not a real deer's head on the wall? If it is real, just why? 😢
Just a cultural difference I guess 🤷♀️. We ate part of that same deer last night for dinner 😆
