Fantastic WIP parade. Personally, I love the fabric you are using on your snow storm day stitch! It makes the design really stand out, just like a dark sky while it's snowing! Happy stitching Chris you are a beautiful stitcher💚❄
You know I have a bunch of the same WIPs (and more!) so it’s fun to see your full list. I hope you are as excited as I am about all the fun stitching we have ahead in 2024. 💗
Love your WIP parade! So many beauties. We are bracing for snow tomorrow into Tuesday - 6 to 10 inches. I should get some serious stitching don on Owl Forest Houseplants. I'm almost to the halfway mark.
Nice WIP parade. I binge watched your videos. Really like your camping stories. If we ever meet, I will be sure to tell you my bear camping story. The Happy Camper Blue Flower is on my must buy list. 💙
What beauties! You can try taking a damp/wet sponge and running the Dinky strand across it - I squeeze the sponge around the thread then wipe it with a tissue to take off excess water and let it dry. Dinky is a very creamy and thick silk that gives great coverage using 1 thread, and I believe you'll find is a pleasure to work with. Also relatively more affordable than some others. :)
Wonder group of WIPs. Anytime I have floss/threads that have kinks in them…I give them a press with a dry iron. They are smooth and seem to knot much less. Happy New Year🎉🎉!
I know we shouldn’t have favorites, but, Chris, you are up there!! I love your projects and fabric choices! I did check and American Welcome is not out for public yet. I am anxiously waiting! Great video!!!❤ Happy stitching! P.S. It is snowing here in southwestern Missouri!!👏👏👏👏👏
Great seeing you today, just what I needed. Your wips are gorgeous...the charts you have chosen are so beautiful. We're getting rain now... hopefully that won't change." See "you next week.

I enjoyed hearing the bird in the background. I helped rescue pet birds for years.
I love the music of your bird. And all your beautiful projects! 🩷🩷🩷

Lots of wonderful projects ! I too have a beef stew in the crockpot today ! No snow in my neck of the woods !
Love how your Humming of the Bees is looking great. A favorite of mine! I hope you set that Dinky Dye silk aside and pick a much more friendly floss.

🖐️ Me. I’m stitching Christmas in the City. 😁 I did Spring in the City in 2023.
Wonderful!
I had my Book of Days bound at Staples and had some extra pages added. It was less than $5 all together.
Sadly our Staples closed. It would have been my go to.
❤❤❤❤❤
I am a newbie at this. What kind of hoop do you use or do you stitch in hand?
