As a Knights I will say holy crap Oettinger was good last night, both goalies kept their teams in the game for a very long time. I respect the Stars for the amazing series and it has been such an incredible showing from both teams.

@@jamedlock83 if it does then it does, we have had so many ups and downs this season I am just glad we made it to playoff hockey and that we got such an exciting series between us and Dallas, before the series started I never thought we would get any wins let alone make it to a game seven, it’s been a blast☺️

Best goaltending duel of the playoffs yet. It took a perfect shot past a perfect screen to beat Oettinger, and I swear it looks like it touches his sleeve on the way in. Shows you how good his positional play was even on the goal.
Yeah, I watched the replay closely. It appeared to go between a defender's leg, changed direction, and skipped off Oettinger before entering the net . . and from a tight angle to boot. No goalie could have stopped such a crazy shot.
Should be an interesting Game 7.

What an incredible series! It is like 2 heavy weight boxers going at each other! There have been so many incredible plays that either made a difference or could have change the outcome in every single game. WOW!
Nobody deserved to lose that game. Ottinger was friggin incredible. Can't wait for Sunday and game 7.
Both these teams are power houses. It's almost unfair that one of them is gonna be knocked out round 1

@@Ze_Moose because they won last year. It's a jealousy-hate bandwagon thing. They'll try to justify with things Vegas did with their roster and make it sound like it was a sinister plot. Truth is they haven't done anything the league has never seen before which is protected by the ruleset that teams openly choose and voted on to keep in the league.
Dallas has more of a valid reason to not like Vegas since it's one of their main competitors who knocked them out late last season.

Смотрел обзор Нэшвил - Ванкувер. Очень похожие матчи. Чумовая игра вратарей, и игра до гола. Кто забил, тот и выиграл. Тут будет 7-ой матч. А Ванкувер вышел во второй раунд. Интересный плей-оф в этом году.

@aariludvig9845 That series was good, but this is definitely better. Every game in this series has been a 1 goal game (minus the empty net goals). The Florida Boston series had a few blowouts
Most shocking was Edmonton Los Angeles 1982 Division semis. Oil were up 5-0 after the first period of game 3 after losing the first two games in a best of 5. Kings advance after scoring the tying goal with 5 seconds left in the game and pot the winner early in OT. Oil had 111 points that season, Kings had 63! “The miracle on Manchester “
That's because teams didn't used to throw the regular season to abuse injury rules for salary cap. Vegas should never have been an 8 seed.

It's easy to blame Stone, Hanafin, the cap rules, Bettman, etc. But Vegas played their best game of the series and Dallas is leaving Otter out to dry.

Highlights are limited in time so it is rare they add that stuff. Some fans might watch highlights that are 20 mins or more but some fans might go to a competitor instead or not bother at all.
From a money point of view you want the highlights to maximize ad time.
I personally would be cool with 20 min highlights of every game.
Sportsnet highlights used to be shorter years ago?
@DanRaidersWarriorsSharksGiants but these highlights consistently show quite a few plays that are shots but not really quality scoring chances they could replace with hits or just remove them altogether.

@@KCM316 Absolutely. They could lose. I just think they thought if we lose this game and play hard we might be depleted for game 7. So, they said we are on the road let's take a back a notch and gamble it all at home for game 7. And that isn't taking away anything from Vegas they are great, which is why Dallas has to even be strategizing about what to do for games 6 and 7.

Pavelski and Hertl were once again non factors. Hertl did ok at face offs but both look like they should retire if they keep playing like this. The knights paying Hertl 6.7 mill to win face offs is not a good contract with 6 more years.
I 100% hope it is a fluke and both can and will be PPG players but the sharks GM looks really good in the Hertl trade so far. I want both to play well though as both will always be sharks legends.

Vegas the 100 million dollar team
Dallas only chance to win this series was game 6 DeBoer play survival conservative bs and it totally kept Dallas from scoring. They gave all the momentum to Vegas. DeBoer can't win a series against Vegas, his coaching is outdated for a team like the Stars.
50 scoreless minutes, got brick walls in both goals. Game 7 should be HOT.
