I just got the 2019 sportsman 570 touring, sunk it twice with no issues, completely stock and I got no water in the belt housing so they must have fixed that issue. Great video as always

Hey there so I have a 2017 570 I want to do the 2 inch lift I believe the axles in my front which are the black bars which spin my wheels.where the big rubber boots are. I can move those a little bit left to right is that good or bad.i went to my dealer and tried doing that on a brand new one and they didn't move at all.i only have 500 miles on my quad and I haven't beaten it. what do I have to replace if I do the lift, I want to make everything solid cuz it seems like the stock s*** is weak.thank you . On a Polaris 570 when running snorkels do you have to run the vent lines also or just the hoses from air box and belt box? Everything I’ve saw only shows the hoses from both air and belt housings being ran
Totally random question, but how do the skinny 28 ol2s compare to the 29.5 skinny ol1. I've heard they're very close in size but do the 28s pull as good as the 29.5s

I knew it would. I used a 3inch spring spacer to be able to clear the 28s and haven't had any issue yet with my axles. I had ordered the same lift you did but was curious as to how fast you were gonna break one so I haven't put it in yet
Definitely Cobras. Their shop is about 20 minutes from me. Went and picked up a pair for my Rzr and the guys there are awesome. Family owned, friendly, good quality, good price and excellent on warranty work.
As stupid as it sounds I run a normal size slasher axle on back right,with a polaris axle that a inch longer that normal on left and have broken on in 7 months
Mud Puppy a local part store had a 850 sportsman axle.Im not sure if I went to the older models or newer one but it measures out at 3/4 inches longer than the regular 570

I’m not going bigger then 27in on my Polaris sportsman. So no real need for a lift kit I think. Hopefully I won’t have Axel issues

I have owned a sportsman 570 for going on 3 years no complaints besides the axles be careful with the lift I broke 2 axles backing out of my shop
OMC wheels makes full rubber gaskets for a sportsman 570. you can find em on instagram, just look up omc wheels

you'll need limiting straps on all four corners to prevent the axles from breaking like that
Cobras should be fine adding spring spacers though to put them to the test

The lift locked out the axles and when you lift it it pulls the boot down

Put marine grease on belt box gasket seals up my 850 box just fine

A good axel I run on my 2016 sportsman 570 with 30” motto monsters is a east lake it’s $70 an axel so can’t beat it
