- Here we go again, pushing the limits of my sportsman 570! I put on some new 31" Motohavok tires, Gse exhaust & more. please like & subscribe and leave a comment if you can!

Nice quad, I’m only 14 so I can’t get a real job yet but I’ve been saving money from working small jobs and stuff. I already own stocks and stuff and have connections to get a good job when i turn 16 and i can’t wait to have a steady income to get nice things like these. I especially want a can am renagade 1000 xMr but rn I have an old 1999 Polaris Sportsman 500 4x4 and I love it just spent 600$ to rebuild the top end and snorkel it along with some other mods. How much clearance do you have in the rear from the new foot wells? Think you’d rub if you ever doubled with someone?
Lots of clearance, haven’t had to worry
Where did you find the front lift spacers under front springs? Can’t find those anywhere
really? should be easy to find, basically just universal atv spring spacers I got from amazon
What do you do for belt? Do they constantly break
I have an epi clutch kit & severe duty belt in there, havn’t had to change it ever
Can you provide info on the front and rear arms
only replaced the front arms. superatv arched Aarms. fairly easy to find online

Did you actually do any clutch tuning with a kit? If not you will just continue to waste belts and a fancy exhaust system and ecm tuning aren't going to help much.
Yeah it was a epi cluck kit and a demon hd belt. No issues

You can either get it from the original manufacturer quad-logic.com or get a knockoff one from amazon or something, search like “ball joint tool sportsman 570” they will pop up. 👌🏼

How are those tires treating you? I am looking into getting a set of 31” bkts
They have been great! Definitely would be nice to have power steering with tires this size but im managing

How much lift to clear 31s
I have 2” strut lift in the front and epi springs cranked on stiffest setting in the rear no lift. But aftermarket footwells are needed
