Good video man, I’ll have to check out my seal.
Another thing I did was reroute/half as snorkel the cvt exhaust. Lots of guys online have said that will take in water from time to time

Thanks buddy! Ive been thinking about relocating the cvt exhaust but even submerging the actual muffler i have yet to get so much water in there that it slips

Is it possible to use the removal tool for the whole primary clutch? Keep it from separating and pull/install with it all together? I have a 12" grade 8 threaded rod so it's long enough. (The pcp-25 is apparently on backorder)

Couldnt you use the clutch puller without taking the primary apart?

Hi, great video, did you find out maybe the number of the tool?

Call a polaris dealer or google polaris primary clutch puller.

Thanks for sharing is this a common problem?

Not sure if it's common or not. This one was wrecked and I'm thinking that tore the seal.

Man you should have went ahead and high temp siliconed both sides! And put a tie strap around it on crank!

And for everyone asking, the ebs with p90x clutches (21-23) uses epi pcp-25 clutch puller.

hey @farchambeault, do you know if there is any issue with pulling the whole primary clutch together? I have a 12" grade 8 threaded rod since the pcp-25 is on backorder. Was hoping that would help keep things together and somewhat aligned. I just wasn't sure if there was another reason why they had to separate

@@jasonjones5411 I don't and I'm trying to figure out the same answer. The guy I normally take my stuff to says you should just be able to put the clutch puller through and pull everything in one piece

@@farchambeault I'm planning on using a clamp to keep things together as it comes off and using this threaded rod. Will try later today and let you know

Don't do it - primary needs to come off first. otherwise you will destroy the helix drive. Now my all thread is stuck and hopefully didn't damage anything else. :( @@farchambeault
