    Bilkul sahi sin pain ka koi ilaz nh hain dhire dhire apne ap chala jata hain ,,,mujhe bh hua tha rone jaise shakel ho jati thi per acha khana or lagatar practice uske baad khud thik ho gya

    Sir Mera weight 75 kg hai abhi Mai 16 days se running kr rha hu 31 min lg rhe 4800 me Kya Mai 20 days me 28 ke andr kr lunga ki nhi aur muje running start krne me knee me bhut pain hota smooth nhi kr pata 1 km ke bad smooth running Hoti hai

    Sir... Its been 1month me dor rahi hu... Par abi tak adjust nhi ho pa rhi hai badan,hameshaa dard rehta hai calf muscle or thigh muscle...kya karu iske liye..??
    Warm up and cool down b ache se kar rhi hu..par b muscle pain rehta hai
