    Ingredients:
    To cook meat:
    1/2 kg boneless meat
    1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    1/2 tbsp salt
    1 tsp ginger garlic paste
    1/2 cup water
    For Marination:
    1 tbsp fennel seeds
    1/2 tsp peppercorns
    1 tsp cumin seeds
    3 red chillies
    Oil for frying
    A pinch of red food colour
    1.5 tbsp cornflour
    1.5 tbsp rice flour
    1 tsp ginger garlic paste
    1 tbsp curd
    1 tsp chilli powder
    Required salt
    1/4 tsp garam masala
    1/2 tsp coriander powder
    1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp vinegar
