Yes, last month only I have purchased. It is good 😊
Any kind of casting tawa first need treatment by castor oil. Don't wash tawa everytime with soap completely. Just wash with water by scrubbing. When you use next time wash before using. Don't use multitasking in one tawa. Dosa tawa should be for dosa, chappathi tawa only for chapathi, and non veg egg fish etc should be used for that. Dosa batter is cold it affects the tawa when you use it for chappathi. Chappathi is dough is warm so it's heating on the surface so that tawa maintain that heat. Any new tawa needs treatment. Use oil and Tamarind to coat it.
Yes I do agree, in this video I have clearly mentioned that this tawa I'm going to use only for making omelette. This video is only for demo purpose for those who are facing issues. I have only one tawa in this panchalogam material. So I was suppose to show demo in this only. Hope it is clear.
Your seasoning method is not good I feel in sticky fish fry tawa you put egg the how it came out? Then first you didn’t take perfect dosa turner
The same dosa turner only I'm using regularly. U can see my cooking videos if u have any doubt. It is very much comfortable for me. And fish came perfectly without sticking only. And the reason why I put egg immediately after Frying fish is to show demo, that is if the tawa becomes this much sticky, we will wash it thoroughly for sure. So after washing at times for a new tawa dosa won't come non sticky ( this may happen rarely ) so I thought of giving solution for those who are suffering with this difficulty.I knw Definitely there are few who are not using the product facing these difficulties. So tried to give solution for that.Thanks for watching.
