1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup semolina
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp sesame seeds
A pinch of baking soda
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp fennel seeds
3 cardamom
1 tbsp ghee
Required milk / water
Oil for frying

Looks delicious..will try..won't the milk get spoiled, when the dough is allowed to rest overnight or 10 hours. The demo is excellent.

We are adding 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk only, it won't get spoiled...if you are not comfortable,you can use water instead. Thanks for your valuable comment...
