- Jurors came back on Wednesday with a few questions for the judge as defense attorney’s questioned the verdict sheets jurors are being asked to use. Ultimately, there is still no verdict in the case. 12 News Reporter Shiina LoSciuto is in Dedham with the story.

If Karen is not found NOT guilty all of us are in jeopardy of having our freedoms taken from us by corrept State trooper like Proctor. He needs to lose his job.

That’s exactly why people are invested in this case. If they can convict Karen with zero evidence any of us could be in the same position and that’s what’s scary. Watched the whole trial, unbiased. Honestly I leaned towards a drunken accident going into it. Now I say- not guilty. There’s no evidence she hit him at all.

@@AmandaPanda-nq1do the burden of proof is on the state. She doesn’t have to prove an alternative. They have to prove beyond reasonable doubt that she hit him with her car, and the experts testified it was not a vehicle that killed him. That it was more like a fall on his head or blow to the head, but they don’t know. And it’s sad but his family may never know what really happened to him.
@AmandaPanda-nq1do The state is the on making the claim that Karen Read killed O'Keefe. Therefore, it is their burden to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she committed the act.

First this is in Dedham at the court house. Two of our main hospitals are under construction so ambulances need to travel to the next town. Dedham is a safe, quiet, beautiful suburban town.

Anyone who has watched the entire trial and still think Karen Read is guilty is an idiot. The laws of physics show the John's injuries could NOT be caused by Karen's SUV.
John's body being projected 30 feet from an impact on the arm? Inconsistent with reality.
That type of impact on John's arm but John's arms show ZERO fractures? Inconsistent with reality.
The dent and broken tail-light being separated with no damage in areas between them? Inconsistent with reality.
John's scratch injuries coming from a broken tail-light? No, looks more consistent with injuries from a "large dog".
