How to make dry rose petals?

You can either pick edible rose petals and dry them yourself, or buy already dry rose petals (food grade)! In Turkish or Arabic shop they have such dry edible rose petals.

Ich hab es genauso gemacht wie im Video, meins ist nicht so geworden.. Es war fest wie Bonbonmasse und nicht so cremig wie im Video. Konnte es wegwerfen. Woran kann es liegen. Werde nochmal andere Videos ausprobieren 😢
