  • Whole tomato rice is a convenient and delicious way to prepare dinner in one pot! Just put every ingredient in your rice cooker and your meal will be ready in 15 minutes. I love adding salmon to my whole tomato rice to add more nutrition, but it is not necessary. You can also add your favourite ingredients such as onion, corn, sausages, mushrooms, chicken stock, chicken, prawns and scallops to enhance the flavour! If you don't have a rice cooker, you can still make this one-pot meal with a pot.
