- In this video, we show the build of our laser-cut Walnut Tray Nutcracker along with build instructions. The laser cutter files are available for free from freelaserfiles.com and are designed to work with any laser cutting machine such as a Glowforge, or Atezr.
i dont know how you make money with making these free patterns but i hope you continue. these are a thousand times better than some paid patterns. thank you
Hi, thank you for your comments. We haven't made any money from the files. When we first purchased a laser (several years ago) it was very difficult to find files or advice, so we thought putting some files on line might make it easier for anyone just starting. We know that several thousand people have downloaded our files and it is always nice to read the encouraging comments we receive. It is very rewarding to see photos and videos of the models which have been made, especially those made in class by school children. Hopefully our files will encourage future designers and modelers.
I've made the marble run and just finished the nutcracker and both went together flawlessly. Thank you so much for providing high quality files and instruction videos. these are better than some files I paid for.
