    Great! But what if I want to have a continous form where only the last: ContactDate and notes from that contact date for each person along with their names (from another table) in my table were shown. Since the tables have relations the query only lets me see all records resulting in multiple rows or just see those that have contact information. I'm heading back to the last-function if I don't get my head around this.

      You mean Uhura? I love Uhura. You're right though... just one of many secondary characters that deserve more love.
