Lifesaver.... because well I had an append query that ran repeatedly. In the end it looked like when I bought packages of baseball cards as a kid, 80 or so copies of the same card that nobody wanted. Now my table is smaller. Wish it was that easy to misplace weight.

Hi Richard could you please make a video on how to create a login screen in access for different uses my friend has had is database messed with even though I have had put a password in the database my friend is a none computer expert he needs things set out in front of him I have found that a login screen would be the best way for him can you help please.. Hello sir, I have two tables. One is Students and the other is Cources. One single student has multiple cources and when i try to retrieve the the cources of one student the access brings all the cources with with repeated student data.. I mean 1 student has 5 cources. with every course, comes repeated student data. I need to select all the data from querry for Printing but i have to manually remove all the duplicate records that come with the course in excell or Word. Access is all good and great but this really annoys me sometimes. Please Help.
